How to Play Not So Neighborly
Your goal is straightforward: be the first player to build a neighborhood worth 10 Build Points.
On your turn, you can draw a card or take an action such as building a new structure, interfering with another player's neighborhood, or protecting and restoring your own buildings.
Building cards provide the points you need to complete your neighborhood. However, simply collecting points isn't enough—you'll need to watch what everyone else is doing.
An opponent who is only a few points away from winning could become the perfect target for a well-timed sabotage card.
