All items purchased on our website will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified. We use reliable shipping carriers such as NZ Post or Aramex to deliver your orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your package.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist you in case of any issues, but we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping.

All Direct From Manufacturer Shipped Products are fulfilled by our external distribution partners, and we have no control over lead times. We will keep in close contact to ensure all orders are carried out, but these orders may take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive.
