Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HobbiXchange. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Preorders are non-refundable as they are placed at your request and the item is reserved for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a product is deemed to be defective please send a photo of the damage and all information related to how it has defected and send back to us using the returns address, you will be reimbursed for sending to us.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow for up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@hobbixchange.co.nz.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges can be made for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at support@hobbixchange.co.nz assistance.
