Kinfire Delve: Callous' Lab is a tactical cooperative card game for 1–2 players where you battle through a dangerous Well filled with unpredictable challenges before facing Callous himself in a final showdown.

Work together, manage your shared health and use the right skill cards at the right time as you push deeper into the Well.

Fight Through the Well

Callous' Well is built around a series of challenge cards. Four challenges are active at a time, with Callous waiting in the centre for the final battle.

There are 57 challenge cards in total, and each defeated challenge is replaced by another until you have delved far enough to confront the Master of the Well.

Match Skills to Challenges

Skill cards must match the colour of the challenge you are facing. For example, red challenges require red skill cards, while multi-colour and white wild cards can give you more flexibility.

If a card does not fully defeat a challenge, you may still make progress, but repeated attempts can carry penalties.

Cooperate and Manage Exhaustion

Other Seekers can help by playing cards as boosts, making teamwork essential.

Running out of cards forces you to take an Exhaustion card before drawing a new hand, adding another layer of risk and resource management.

Shared Health, Shared Fate

All Seekers share a single health pool. If it reaches zero, the group loses.

Defeating challenges can reward you with healing or help you delve deeper by removing unseen challenge cards, bringing you closer to the final battle with Callous.
